3 Quick Notes

  1. I’d expect to spend at least 4 hours completing this process. These 4 hours will make the other 8,780 hours of 2024 infinitely better. If this feels like too much, try the 16 minute version.
  2. Split it up! I recommend working on this plan first thing every morning for about 30 minutes or less until it’s complete.
  3. Conducting a yearly review can bring up some strong emotions—especially if you’re an overachiever or perfectionist. There’s a good chance you are both if you’re anything like me. If you start to beat yourself up or feel not good enough:
