Instructions

Set a timer for 2 minutes, and write down a few bullet points under each of the 3 questions int the Health & Fitness section below. Once the timer is done, reset it and move on to Personal Life & Family. Continue this process for the remaining 6 life areas until you’re done.

When you’re finished, share your retro with a friend for feedback. You can also send them this link if they’d like to conduct their own retro.
